Shipping? International Shipping?
We offer U.S. shipping that is calculated during checkout. International shipping will not include customs. Customer has to pay for international shipping and customs.
What’s the process to exchange?
Customer has a 3 day grace period after the item has been delivered to contact and process the exchange. You can contact Lost Visions through email or direct messages to process the exchange or any concerns.
When will I receive my order?
Every order will receive a tracking number once shipped out. Please allow 1-2 days for processing at the most.
What form of payment do you take?
Based on the transaction. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal online. If local and customers discretion we offer Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay as well. Customer must send payment before receiving items purchased. Cash only available for locals.
Returns or Exchanges?
We do not offer any returns or refunds for any orders placed. All sales are final. If sizing is an issue and you want to exchange. Customer must make sure item is not used and in perfect condition. Customer must pay for shipping costs to return item. If size is not available for exchange, customer will receive credit for the item to be used on any Lost Visions product current and future.
Are you going to restock? New items? Any other questions?
We will rarely ever restock any items. If any items ever do restock make sure to join the family and RSVP and get exclusive access to releases, early previews, and promotional news.
